Return & Refund Policy — Vanguard Armory
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Czech and EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unfired, and in original condition
In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
Ammunition and cartridges (traumatic/rubber rounds)
Items with broken safety seals
Products showing signs of firing, modification, or wear
Custom or special-order items
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@vanguardarmory.shop within 14 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
We'll provide return instructions and shipping details
5. Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Items must be securely packaged per applicable transport regulations for weapon-classified goods
We recommend insured, trackable shipping — we're not responsible for items lost in transit
6. Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days
Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Defective or Damaged Items
Report defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos
We'll offer repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you
8. Legal Compliance
All returns are subject to applicable Czech firearms-adjacent product regulations. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet legal or safety requirements for reshipping.
