Shipping Policy — Vanguard Armory

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the Czech Republic and [EU countries, if applicable].

Due to legal restrictions on traumatic/less-lethal firearms, we do not ship to countries where these products are prohibited or require special import licenses. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify legality in their destination country before ordering.

2. Age & Identity Verification

All shipments require signature confirmation from a person aged 18+.

We reserve the right to request ID verification before dispatch or at delivery, in compliance with Czech firearms-adjacent retail regulations.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation (bank transfer clearance).

Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time, noted on the product page.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.

We use carriers compliant with weapon-classified goods transport regulations (e.g., [Czech Post, DPD, or specify]).

5. Packaging

All items are shipped in discreet, secure, tamper-evident packaging in accordance with legal requirements for weapon-classified goods.

No exterior markings indicate the contents.

6. Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

7. Delivery Issues

Vanguard Armory is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at [email] and we'll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Failed Delivery / Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect address or failed ID verification, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Orders unclaimed after [X days] may be subject to a restocking fee.

9. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For shipments outside the Czech Republic, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

Vanguard Armory is not responsible for shipments seized or delayed by customs due to destination-country regulations.

10. Damaged Shipments

Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos to [email] for resolution.
